Guidelines for camera-ready Course Handout preparation

Authors of accepted Courses are kindly requested to submit their final camera-ready Course Handouts by Friday, 9 May 2025, via the Conference Management System (CMS).

Submission:

Kindly submit your Course Handouts in both PDF format and the original source files (DOC and/or PPT) (in a ZIP archive if necessary) through your CMS personal account.

Indicative content of the Course Handout:

  • Title page: including the title of the Course and the name, organization, mailing address and email address of the Course presenter(s)
  • Agenda: a timetable indicating time periods for the covered subjects
  • Table of Contents: topics of the handout, including page number for each entry
  • Biographical sketch of Course presenter(s)
  • Objective(s) and significance of the Course
  • Copies of all slides which will be used during the Course
  • Bibliography (a comprehensive reference list on the subject matter of the Course)

Format of the Handout:

  • Paper size: A4
  • Margins: 2.54 centimeters on all four sides
  • Page numbers: all pages should be numbered in the upper right corner

Copyright issues:

  • The copyright of Course material remains with the instructor(s).
  • Instructors are responsible for obtaining any required permissions for any copyrighted material in the Course material.
  • All Conference participants will be able to download any Course handout, but not the recording.
  • Conference participants will be duly informed that the Course material is copyrighted by the Instructors.

Note: All Courses will be recorded. The recordings along with the Courses' handouts (in PDF format) will be available to all registered Conference participants, for one month after the Conference. Course material should not contain sensitive, private, or proprietary information that should not be disclosed. If you also wish to provide additional material, e.g., original material or papers that can serve as reference material, video, sounds, etc., please feel free to do so in a ZIP archive.
